Clean the lawn:
1 cup antiseptic mouthwash,
1 cup lemon scented dish soap
top it off with water in a 20 gallon hose end sprayer
Lightly spray the entire lawn, trees bushes etc...

Apply Crab Grass killer:
Buy a commercial crab grass killer
mix 1 cup of dry laundry soap in with the killer
spread it with 1/2 the recommended rate
Got back and forth one way
wait 1 week and go back across it perpendicular the other way.

Lawn Food:
1 bag of the commercial lawn food for whatever grass.
3 lb. box of Epsom salt and mix with the lawn food
spread at 1/2 recommended rate over entire lawn.
Epson salt promotes strong roots, broader leaf.

100% Natural lawn food
1 can of beer
1 cup of lemon scented ammonia
1/2 cup of lemon scented dish soap
1/2 cup of liquid lawn food
1/2 cup of clear corn syrup
stir and put in hose end sprayer and spray every 3 weeks.

Maintenance Afternoon lawn snack:
Every 3 weeks throughout the summer
1 can of beer,
1 cup of lemon scented dish soap and
top it off with the lemon scented ammonia
Put it all in the 20 gallon hose end sprayer and spray the entire lawn.

Disease Prevention
To get rid of diseases and insects and break down the thatch from mulching mowers.
1 can of beer,
1 can of cola (not diet, make sure it has sugar)
1/2 cup of lemon scented dish soap
1/2 cup of antiseptic mouthwash
1/4 teaspoon of instant tea
Mix it all in the hose end sprayer and treat each section at a time.
1/2 hour later, spray the fungicide on top of this treatment if you have fungus

Insect Control or Pesticide
Early morning or late afternoon
1 cup of antiseptic mouthwash
1 cup of lemon scented dish soap
1 cup of chewing tobacco juice
add the balance of warm water to top off the sprayer every two weeks in the summer
To make the chewing tobacco juice:
Take your thumb and three fingers of tobacco wad and put it in a woman's hose/stocking in the toe
tie the toe section up and drop it in 1 quart of boiling water and boil it.
Simmer it for about 15-20 minutes.
Pour it into a container, Do not put the cover on tight or it will explode!!!
Spray it in the 20 gallon hose end sprayer in the early morning or late afternoon.

For Thatch or compost bin:
1 can of cola,
1 cup of lemon scented ammonia
1/4 cup of lemon scented liquid soap

Prior to laying sod:
1 cup of fish emulsion
1 cup of lemon scented ammonia
1/2 cup of lemon scented dish soap
1/2 cup of molasses (or clear corn syrup)
Top off with water and spray it in the hose end sprayer
Spray the area lightly prior to laying the sod.
Spray again after the laying of the sod.

Other Tips:
The first mowing in the spring is the lowest level for the entire year
Raise the mower 1 level at a time till it is at the desired level.
Whenever applying dry material on the lawn, add 1 cup of dry laundry detergent.
In the fall, use the highest level and use a bagger.
